Born and raised in Seattle, Washington, Jim Toroni has maintained a sincere passion for boating since grade school, constantly exploring the waters with his father throughout Puget Sound and the San Juan Islands.  After graduating from Shorecrest High School, he enlisted in the U.S. Air Force and attained the position as Crew Chief on the c-130 aircraft.  In 1986, he married his beloved wife, Melodie, with which he raised three beautiful children, Gary, Tawni, and Travis.   

His professional experience includes over 22 years working in the auto industry as the Parts and Services Director and fixed Operations.  He was also the creator and CEO of his own very successful marine business for years. Jim is very active in the boating community and has held the position of commodore of two separate yacht clubs, and is is currently a long time member of another.  Jim is also a member of the International Order of the Blue Gavel, Northwest Boating Council and Recreational Boating Association of Washington.   

After selling his marine business and building his dream home in Silverdale, WA, Jim aspired to begin a career in real estate. He has developed several investment properties and is working on a number of potential projects.  With his vast knowledge of marinas, marine businesses, and commercial investment developments, he is a perfect candidate for developing the goals of his clients whether interested in a commercial investment or an owner operator business.   

In his free time, Jim enjoys crabbing and cruising the waters of Puget Sound and the San Juan Islands on his 40' vessel with his lovely wife and children. His hopes for the future are to provide the highest level of customer service to his clients and help them to achieve their goals to the fullest.
